My tostones were dried out and unchewable. It looks like they were from yesterday. I am PR and I know how to cook them. I have eaten in person at Cafe Dominicano many, many times. I don't know what happened. Also didn't receive my rice and salad that normally comes with the meal. View all feedback.
I love the food but service is horrible. The lady behind the bar seems to always have an attitude. Nothing special about the way it looks but the music is always too loud it barely be anyone there.
Food good but 3 ox tails when you are serving black and brown patrons?!? Not cool. Food is great though! Reasonably priced for most items.
