not easy to find vegan options in this area and if they do it, it is just one. had the sinceanbiff à la näs with fritten. only once before had (nyc) and that had a completely different texture. that was it. soft and sponge. hasn't tasted much, but with the red wine lap it was better than nothing. no salad or much greens to talk about it.
