Trattoria Zollhof - Nordrhein-Westfalen

We were looking for a restaurant for dinner at the medienhafen and discovered the trattoria customs. a small card with not too many things I prefer personally. I decided for the taglierini in truffle cream with black truffle and was not disappointed. tastefully top!!! a small minus is available only for the service staff who was not so attentive, but since the restaurant was well visited the youngs and girls had to do a lot this evening.

Beautiful ambience.Speisen qualitatiw in order, but very german (gratinated brokkoli as a supplement for a meat dish).Oliven oil on the table suitable for roasting, but not for consumption with bread.Absoluter flop: ready cream made from spray canister at dessert. then rather leave the watch away.Absolute top: very friendly and attentive service.

The very good food with quite varied Italian food in the menu (pizza, pasta, some dishes of the day, able more Germans, like asparagus). very good atmosphere to go to eat, attention was the best. Very attentive. They accept american express (this detail is not so usual). It's not cheap.

Who wants to go to the medienhafen, meets a lot of gastronomy of different kind. the trattoria zollhof is a proven ground-solid anchor in the scene. we like to return there, are nicely served and get good eating at fair price performance ratio. the pizza is crispy and well-stocked, the salad with nuts very delicious. happy again.

What lovely pasta. A great find and good value. I had the truffle pasta and it was gorgeous, very rich and I couldn't finish it but it was superb. The starter was really interesting mix of flavours, salad with white asparagus and prawns, strawberries and raspberry sauce. I was intrigued and we both enjoyed the salad, we would never have thought tomix such flavours and they were great together.The menu was in German only but the waitress was very helpful and my broken German along with google translate was sufficient.
