It was a nice experience, be prepared to stand if you don't get bottle service or to the bar early.. There is no DJ the music is coming from a CD... Crowd seemed like a nice variation... View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Culture Lounge And:
Food was horrible. Service was trash the bartender was bartendering and being a waitress. Waited along time for food which was the shrimp mash potatoes and crab meat. Will never go back View all feedback.

"AMAZING!!! A hidden gem. Everything was just so juicy, fresh perfect! My new fave spot. Stand at locked door, they bring order to u fast. Nice service. Hard to get in and out/parking though. Next to the pizza hut but no way to drive to it, have to go around the entire building. No entry to main road."

"I definitely want to give them a big shoutout for catering my dinner with a few hours notice. They went all out with the menu and we had so much food leftover even after everyone got a to go bag! Everyone was raving how amazing the food was. Souper Pho is definitely hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The food is delicious and as authentic as it can be. The owner has a lot of soul and you can tell how much he loves his restaurant and the customers."
