Absolutely nothing like authentic Japanese ramen or Japanese food. Anyone here saying otherwise has no clue what they are talking about. The broth is very salt heavy and bland. Gyoza tasted like it was frozen before. Yakitori was a joke compared to authentic Japanese yakitori. Karage (fried chicken) was an embarrassment, more batter than meat.
