What Tessie Kunze doesn't like about Max & Ermas:
This restaurant was suggested by my daughter in law. She said she'd visited other locations and was good. But this particular one is located in a hotel, which you'll have to drive around the back to get to. Service was fine, but kitchen needs some work. Appetizer came out after the main meal, Nachos were ok, but cheese harden real fast. Management took off appetizer because of coming out so late. View all feedback. What Emilio Paucek likes about Max & Ermas:
We both had variations of the turkey burger. It was excellent. Our server was quick to take our order, and quick to drop the things we ASKED for back at the table. But, it was extremely difficult to catch her attention if we needed anything else before she left... The endless fries were a definite plus. The chicken tortilla soup is some of the best soup I've ever hadCheesey creamy base vs broth or tomato from which I'm accustomed.

read moreOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews from customers. Some diners praised the turkey burger and tortilla soup, as well as the attentive service they received. Others were disappointed with the quality of the food, such as the lackluster Philly cheese steak and unimpressive reuben. The efficiency of the service varied, with some guests noting that their orders were taken promptly while others struggled to get the attention of their server. Despite the ups and downs, most guests found the prices to be fair and enjoyed the complimentary endless fries. The restaurant's convenient location within a hotel proved to be both a blessing and a curse, as it drew in customers but also resulted in overcrowding. Overall, Max Erma's provided a decent dining experience with room for improvement in terms of food quality and service.
