The place has a patina of Grunge, a film of dirt. The food is mediocre, what to expect from a pizza hat. The staff is unfriendly, not inadequate, not helpful, and provide service congruent. The fact that they are a captured audience (the sailors work on the ships in the port), would you expect a packed restaurant. The lack of customers speaks volume. View all feedback.
