my man and I were willing to drink ours, but they were from many beers. then they were also from alcohol. we were frustrated, but tai behind the bar whipped some dings up and after I apologized to be a good one, we stayed a few hours. she was really a shady and made sure we tried something to eat. great burger and customer service, but baffling lack of alcohol. the Norfolk location has not even answered the phone in the three different times when I tried to request a pickup order. in that they will pick it up just to hang up. they were in there after they hadn't tried anyone for the second. it was dead as a doornail, no apology, not to answer.
