It has become one of the favorite places in the city this is the motto of this institution! Liked everything! Interior: quite simple, but attractive, comfortable. Interesting place. Something new in Norilsk and for Norilsk residents. There are small shortcomings that, I think, will be corrected and brought to mind. For example, desserts, I think you should not sell store-bought ones, but do something interesting on your own.
