We have eaten at Billy Sims in Norman for several years and have always enjoyed the food. The BBQ has always been excellent except we were very disappointed with the quality this time. The pulled pork I ordered was very, very dry like it had been in the warmer for a long time and had dried our. My wife's ribs were the same way. Very dried out. I hope this is not a preview of the quality of food in the future. View all feedback.
