What Steven Terry doesn't like about China Wonder:
It's official: This is the Worst Chinese Take out in Norman. Each dish we purchased was either under cooked or over cooked. The ribs were black and tasted like carbon. The fried shrimp was very under cooked with soggy breading. The rice was crunchy (very under cooked). All in all, we wasted over $40. If you gave me the food, I would not eat it.
