"A friend took me to eat here and I don't care to go back. Showed up at approx 8:15pm. Waitress recommended the ribs, so I said I'll take a rack with fried okra and the salad bar. The Ribs were brought out immediately before I had a chance to get to the salad bar and undercooked and tough as leather. The Okra was burnt and overcooked. At approx 8:40pm, I thought that I might as well hit the salad bar so I could at least get some food, and they had already packed it up. My empty glass of water was never refilled. I really wanted to ask for a refund since I paid for a meal that was either un-etable or unavailable. The whole experience was a waste of money."
