"As a recently diagnosed diabetic, I find it very difficult to find food that 's considered 'diet-legal ' for breakfast and lunch on workdays. Sam 's was a VERY WELCOME surprise. I got the grilled catfish and shrimp lunch combo with a side of red beans without rice. It was great!!! Highly recommended and the service was quite good too."

"We had the Two Egg Breakfast and the Tamale Breakfast. The tamales were perfect and covered with scrambled eggs and a really awesome green tomatillo ranchero sauce!! We really liked the remodel that Ty Pennington did on the TV show but more tables would be nice!! Service is always very good!!"
