I have enjoyed Penny Hill at least a 1/2 dozen times, especially the green chili burger, until my visit today. Expecting the same high quality I 've received before, I was totally disappointed. The cook apparently took the char to heart and prepared my burger the same way. I 've never had a crispy burger before and I hope that was my last.
