I go here several times a week. All the staff here is great! Super friendly. The coffee is what brings me here. Always enjoyed the many things I have tried. My one complaint is I find myself not eating their breakfast, which is a chain fault and not theirs. The portions are usually kinda of small and rather pricey for something that is just reheated. This is a red bull infusion with no ice. $6.99)I know drinks are all ice but damn. A year ago I could not recommend this place enough but they are so bad now. I have tried to give them a few chances since but I think I am finally done with scooters. The last 3 times I went my drink was wrong and the barista's did not offer to remake.
