I have worked for about 20 years in the hospitality of small restaurants up to 5 stars hotels and I have never experienced such inattentive employees. we have been sitting here for over 40 minutes to make eye contact and they seem to get out of their way, not to do anything. it's not even busy. they simply walk from the bar into the kitchen and back again, chat and don't wear anything. none of them does any 'spoting'...
