"Considering the cafe is in a service station I didn't expect much but was pleased with the warm, friendly welcome and great service. We had coffee and shared sausage rolls. Coffee was good. Don't let the appearance of being in a service station be off putting. If you're in need of a reasonable coffee in this little town it's worth a drop in."

"The pies are sooo delicious. The pastry is very light and the fillings are chunky and so full of flavour. And the cakes.....what can I say!? You’ve gotta have a coffee and cake to finish off! The hardest part is making a decision! So we went there for breakfast and lunch! Great service and a gorgeous setting!"

"Travelling from Margaret River to Albany which is a longish drive so needed somewhere to stop for lunch. This place is situated next to the petrol station and colocated with the butcher. We had a warmed filled Turkish roll, hot drinks and an apple turnover. There's plenty of seating inside and a couple of tables on the veranda. Service was prompt and cheerful, there's a menu to suit all tastes and reasonable prices. Noticed locals seemed to frequent the place so it can't be bad! There's nothing much going on in sleepy old Walpole but it's a handy place to get out and stretch your legs."

"Sorry but all 4 of us didn’t like our meals. My chicken parmigiana was reheated or something I think and the melted cheese wasn’t fresh. My husbands burger tasted like a cheap frozen burger. Kids didn’t like their fish and chips either. Overall disappointment"
