What J likes about Joe's Water Ice:
Joe's, is a small local business that has so many great offerings for your spring/summer enjoyment. It is take out only from your traditional counter service window. I just love their ice cream, it's so rich and creamy, they serve both hand scooped and soft serve with all the fixings you want on top, or bottom.. The water ice is so tasty too, and the Gelato is very good too. They have it all!! The inside looks clean... View all feedback.
