We really enjoyed the variety of options they offer and the food is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly. The prices are reasonable compared to other BBQ places. This will definitely be our go-to spot for BBQ. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Laird's B-q Pit:
My husband got take out. Everything was way too salty.(BBQ, Lima beans, gizzards, burger) My son wouldn't eat his burger and my husband tasted it and said he didn't like it either because it was too salty. Only thing that was good was the fried chicken. View all feedback.
The restaurant was charming and quaint. The food was a bit disappointing, but the chicken gizzards were the standout item. The sauce lacked flavor. The drink options were limited to tea, water, or lemonade. The banana pudding was good for dessert. The service was decent. This was a lunch meal with a price range of $10-20 per person. The atmosphere was great, rating a 5. Recommended dishes are the livers and gizzards, as well as the banana pudding.
The food at this restaurant is excellent and you will not be disappointed! They offer takeout service for dinner and the prices range from $1-$10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5. Some recommended dishes to try are the Hash and BBQ, Slaw, Ribs, Fried Okra, and Banana Pudding.
We dine at this restaurant about 3 times a month. The portion sizes are always generous. I particularly enjoy the butter beans, roasted squash, candied yams, cole slaw, and Arnold Palmer drink.

The service at this restaurant was satisfactory. However, the main dish and BBQ sauce were not enjoyable. The dessert was passable after seasoning with salt and pepper, but I don't understand why some establishments struggle with delivering flavorful dishes.
