I'm surprised that a venue that has built its business around pouring coffee hires people that don't have the skills to do exactly that. Some of the baristas here do a decent job but a couple of them struggle. If I'm going to pay someone $3+ for a coffee I want it to be CONSISTENTLY good every time.
