Love the ice cream but the management/owner treats his workers terribly and talks down to them instead of putting in time to properly train them. Just chill out. It's an ice cream shop. It's never busy and people aren't gonna mind if the person is a little slow while learning. read more.

"Me and a buddy of mine were talking about Philly cheesesteaks and he was like man if you like cheesesteaks you'll love this place. So we went and man I'm talking about the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in my life! The service was on par with the food. Everybody was super friendly and they treat you like family. I'd definitely recommend Jackie M's to anybody even if you have to drive a little ways it's totally worth it!"
