"This was in times past a little gem in Ayr a perfect place for that romantic night where you could have a beautiful night but sadly our latest experience told a very different story, A table of four sitting right next to us shouted, screamed and used very foul language all night. When they left several tables were glad to see the back of them. I mentioned to the manager that I was disappointed they didn't have a word asking them to keep it down. The manager said they didn't hear anything which I don't believe as they place really isn't that big. It ruined out night and we regret going which should not be how you should feel when going out. Its really disappointing and we would think twice about going back if this is the type of customers they want to attract"

"This is a very popular and pretty good ice salon. They have a lot of sorbets in offer, all of which are fantastic and vegan. I asked her about vegan flavors and they had a vegan biscoff ice cream in the back freezer! It was really good. So if you want more milk-style ice cream, make sure to ask them."
