"This was in times past a little gem in Ayr a perfect place for that romantic night where you could have a beautiful night but sadly our latest experience told a very different story, A table of four sitting right next to us shouted, screamed and used very foul language all night. When they left several tables were glad to see the back of them. I mentioned to the manager that I was disappointed they didn't have a word asking them to keep it down. The manager said they didn't hear anything which I don't believe as they place really isn't that big. It ruined out night and we regret going which should not be how you should feel when going out. Its really disappointing and we would think twice about going back if this is the type of customers they want to attract"

Not content with the best vanilla flavour in the county, it now supplies a large range of flavours, each one a delight. "Just been for a lovely meal with my wife and 2 kids (3 and 5 years old). It was very nice and the service was great. Portion size was good and the man helped us with ordering as we didn't want anything too spicy for our children. We are currently on holiday at the Park Dean nearby and would recommend this place as a treat for tea one evening. Thanks"

"The food was awful. Poor quality frozen chips, scampi and garlic bread. I suspect my macaroni cheese was packet as I’d never tasted macaroni like it and it was inedible. No GF options. Shame as the museum is decent and cafe has views."

"Got my second, and last order, last night. Totally rubbish meal. Don't understand why people give it five stars. First order was pretty bad. Ordered last night and it was rank! Colour was very pale yellow. Chips were same colour. Although a huge portion, it was inedible and after a couple of mouthfuls, it went straight into the bin. Will certainly never order from them again"

"This is a very popular and pretty good ice salon. They have a lot of sorbets in offer, all of which are fantastic and vegan. I asked her about vegan flavors and they had a vegan biscoff ice cream in the back freezer! It was really good. So if you want more milk-style ice cream, make sure to ask them."
