Good homely food, recommend the Ritz Burger. Kids love the selection of ice cream and other sweet treats. Old fashioned juke box adds to the diner feel. Friendly and attentive staff. Only downside is lack of toilets, you have to walk five minutes up the street to the Garrison. View all feedback.
What C G doesn't like about The Ritz Cafe:
Visited with my son. The food was mediocre at best. The prices did NOT match the quality of food. £7 Burgers are paper thin from frozen, possibly from farm foods. Deep fried oily frozen chips, again farm foods quality. First red flag I should have seen was that there were more staff than customers. View all feedback.
Narrow tables with solid chairs so rather crumbles not much space if they are even a little overweight! a basic caffe at the sea in millport, but some.
Great place, brought back good memories, enjoyed it!! Hadn't been in there since my teen's, now mid 50's : lol
A trip to Millport is not complete without sampling the world famous Ritz's ice cream Fantastic original 50/60's decor adds to the experience. A must do for all visitors to the island.
Good food, friendly staff, clean and welcoming. Has a traditional feel reminiscent of happy days 'doon the watter '.
