Always a long line, but this is because they are worth waiting, the line moves pretty fast to believe or not! The bagels are not that good they are dry and flavorless. They put way to much cream cheese and no love into the service. My bagels had hardly any butter as well on the plain one and were like eating paper. Egg sandwiches are scarce with ingredients. Hype for nothing honestly. Not even cut all the way through.
