Carl's Cafe - North Bay Village

What Davide likes about Carl's Cafe:
Ambiance and locale is excellent. World class view. Food a notch lower ie prices are higher with smaller portions. Also we did not get mushrooms in vegetables like we use to get. Chef was excellent. Waitress average. Love the 30 off for birthday. Will return for sure. The view and ambience is world class View all feedback.

What EvelynC doesn't like about Carl's Cafe:
Appt was 3 pm. Was served 5pm. Was told by waitress that they did not put in our order. It was forgotten. Managers was very nonchalant ! Oh well! We're their attitude . No morse . Would not recommend at no time! One of my party member left. He could not take it plus he was diabetic so he could not be without food that long . No remorse shown at anytime!
