Wow! My husband and I were only in Canada for one night we stopped in this very charming bistro that was so welcoming. I have written seven cookbooks, one of which sold 1 million copies, and I have never tasted such delicious vegetables. All from the farmers market. We ordered the roast chicken stuffed with ham and spinach with the delicious mustard sauce. I will remember these flavors for a long time. View all feedback.

Updated started to get sick about 2-3 hours after eating here. Was sick the rest of the day and night and some of this morning. The only thing I ate that day was this meal. I would not come here again. Ordered the roast beef croissant sandwich and the crepes for dessert. The sandwich wasn't bad, nothing really special honestly. Fantastic food and service. Just be prepared for the bill, but it will be worth it.
This is a must-go restaurant in North Bay! The food is always amazing. The service is great. The atmosphere is wonderful. In summer they have a terrace overlooking the Nipissing Lake.
If your first time in North Bay and you have to go to White Owl Bistro! It is the sweetest little place with amazing food. The white Owl Bistro is supposed to die. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely come back. They made us welcome and gave us an amazing experience.
So very disappointed. Husband and I went for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After 2 hrs, we left hungry and gluten poisoned. This is not the quality we are used to enjoying at the White Owl. We were told we would receive a call from the owner. 2 days later.. still waiting.
