"Had the lovely home made soup and a pork and apple sausage roll. Delicious food and great service. Place was really busy with a constant stream of customers. Coffee and cakes lovely too. Well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend this cafe."

"Delicious dishes, wonderful aromas, jum! her chef is amazing! ate for dinner and with the aromes and the fresh of the ingredients in our dressed. wow, we were happy. the starters were perfect, the net was perfect, could not mistake this place. I never thought that stupid could be so delicious and tasty. all cooked to the perfection of the floor, so patiently they do not regret it. we have booked again to return a second night, but unfortunately we had to cancel, but we will return! beautiful place brilliant service with extras and atmosphere. Thank you!"

"Fantastic dinner on first day of festive menu. The smoked salmon and prawn cocktail was lovely take on the traditional prawn cocktail . Salmon and prawns were both big and fresh. Main course was perfect too and very juicy . Tatties , sprouts and carrots...cooked to perfection too. Wonderful service; extremely attentive but not in your face. Big thumbs up from us and it’s back to its best . I’m just disappointed I never tried the feather blade for mains as it looked lovely , but I couldn’t have everything . Maybe next time . Highly recommended."

"Had a lovely afternoon in the Boathouse we with Fraser he was so accommodating he told us that he would create a table for us adhering to the social distancing rules and we were able to enjoy an afternoon eating and drinking. Fraser could not have done enough for us taking our order and bringing our food and several drinks to our table. Lovely friendly service and it was a breath of fresh air with all the COVID concerns going on. So thank you Fraser for a most enjoyable day."
