Dickeys has always provided good fast BBQ. This location has been a favorite stop when traveling north. The store has seen better days and the menu had a lot of items crossed off. What Tom Lattimore doesn't like about Dickey's Barbecue Pit:
We have dined here many times. In the last couple years, the service has gone down hill. The ice cream machine is never working,they don't even have ice for the pop machine, and half of the menu is crossed out. It's really sad, I hope it improves. I was told by a Southern Gentleman,.. Dickie 's is the closest thing to Down Home BBQ, I 've had since I 've been up here !! ,.... : And FYI, we love Dickie 's!!! :
Owner came to table also made sure everything was ok very nice
I love the brisket plate and the jalapenos beans and the potato salad.
Love it! Always great service and even better food. Do not like to change the recipe on the potato salad.
