Taco Bell - North Branch

Now to visit this Taco Bell and a former Taco Bell shopper really disappointed in the cold of the facility when entering there were three to four employees and what I as managers and owners do not seem quite sure in the back as we stood at the counter and then young lady came out and said how we order it through the kiosks. Honestly, that's like I'm checking out myself. The young person who worked the car thru, say hello welcome to talk about what I can get for you, it was like a better greeting to go through car thru than go inside. In terms of food good quality well presented good weights warm to the table and the young lady who handed me a good job. You want me to be disappointed about eating, in my opinion, do the drive-thru

Staff here are always wonderful. They went beyond and beyond today when our vehicle broke down thru. A handful of employees came out to push us out of the drive. They were super happy to help and get us out quickly!

4 Doritos Loco, 2 beans Burritos, a chalupa and some mild sauce. Luckily I looked before I drove out of the parking lot. We only had the two beans Burritos and a taco sauce. I moved around, parked and walked in. A lady came out when I got in, who said they were wrong? They tried to give me another bag with 4 Burritos when I came to the counter. They took my bag and made my order new, I checked and this time it looked like I had everything...No, forget Sauce entrance. Make sure to check your bags!

I placed my order and everything went fine from there it wasn’t good. I ordered a blue raspberry freeze and was given a wild cherry(I will drink it cause I like the flavor which why I didn’t say anything. I was given a pop warm with no ice. Upon getting home and opening my food I asked for no tomato’s and of course they were on there so I didn’t eat my food and made something at home. My order according to my receipt was right but the quality was terrible or they just didn’t get it right.
