First time visiting this location and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the baker’s dozen with 2 cream cheeses. I’ve been buying bagels from Einstein for years and have never had my order packed so well. The 2 onion ones were placed separately in their own bag in the box. What Whitney Jones doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
Ordered catering through this location. The order was confirmed, and then reconfirmed the day before delivery.On the delivery date, the order was cancelled at the same time it was supposed to be delivered. I tried contacting this location through phone and email and wasn't able to reach anyone.I ended up having to order door dash for my company's event, and food was an hour late. View all feedback.
Stood on the line for too long to make orders but no one was helping
Ordered the brunch special and the bagel was stale cold and missing the hash brown. Beyond disappointed.
Large water leak at back of the location with no warning sign before you step in it. Over 15 minute wait for a pizza bagel.

Getting to non breakfast bagels took a while. But I guess for that time of morning with classes starting across at UT, it’s expected to take a bit.Parking: It’s downtown, you have to pay for parking practically everywhere
