What User likes about Panera Bread:
One of the busiest Panera bakeries I visited. The fast pickup orders were packed and people waited for picking up their orders. However, they are very efficient. I thought I'd have to wait a long time for my order, but it was surprising in less than 12 minutes. Everything was on site. There was an employee who went proactively to pick up empty shells from the customers. This is the service. View all feedback.

What J Hwang doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The prices of each item has slowly risen but the quality of the food has gone the other way. The chicken and rice soup was watery. It was not thick and creamy as it used to be. Perhaps they are now watering down the soups due to inflation costs? Whoknows. The sandwhiches are also smaller and lacked filling. I will try a different location. View all feedback.
