Well it's been too long since we visited this place. Last night we returned and it was unbelievably amazing. I thought the last time I was there that it could not get any better but it has!! The food was just beautiful, cooked to perfection, absolutely nothing that could be criticized. Beautiful food, service and at a cheap price. My partner and I live close so have become regulars at this little staple and is one of my favourite places to go...

"Came across this place after a long walk on Yorkeys Beach. Indeed, it is hidden, but it is a little oasis away from the sun and business of the parks nearby. Most of the seating is under umbrellas and away from the hot sun. The place is surrounded by tropical greenery, helping to create a cool atmosphere. Unfortunately, the espresso machine had been closed down by the time I got there, so had a cool beer and a lovely fresh carrot cake instead . Would love to come again"

The Yaya's speciality dish of Lamb and Lemon potatoes was the best I have eaten, a great balance of flavours and seasoning the lamb was so soft and melt in your mouth and the potatoes with just the right hint of lemon..... perfection! Save room for dessert as the Baclava ice-cream is gorgeous, a medley of creamy, nutty, honey goodness. A great way to finish your meal coupled with an authentic greek coffee! This is definitely a must do destination for Dinner if you are travelling to Cairns. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere from the staff made this a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
