Cairns does have some great cafes and this would have to be up there with the best. Being a visitor twice a year to cairns we were recommend this cafe by 3 people. Excellent friendly service with a genuine interest in providing you with what you want/need. All the best guys View all feedback.

Our organisation uses Smith St Cafe for catering our meetings. Brilliant food and service every time! They are now on our preferred suppliers list.
Thanks to the awesome breakfast by the team Smith Street Cafe, I am officially in a carb coma by 7:50am...but worth it!
