What User likes about Panera Bread:
The food was pretty good as Panera is always, but they were made of several articles so we had to choose something else. There was a super long line (to the door and it took about 10 minutes to get forward to place our order. The poor woman on the counter seemed to do everything alone (orders, filling orders, answering calls, etc.). The food was ready quite quickly after the order. We were at 11:30 on Saturday. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I give this place 3 stars not because of bad service, but because I ordered a smoothie and it took 35 minutes. The manager was very nice and gave all waiting customers free cookies and drinks, but he only had 2 workers at the best time.
