Captain D's - Feedback

What K C doesn't like about Captain D's:
Staff on duty the afternoon of Friday, Dec 1st, were horrible. Asking customers to leave the drive-thru line should be prohibited. I did not receive all the condiments I requested, and when addressed with the employees, their attitudes were horrible. I had to park and go inside to obtain what I requested. View all feedback. They have a great group of young people working here. They defy the sterotypes about young people who don't understand customer service. They are courteous and care about keeping the establishment clean and neat. I come here often because my parents love the fish sandwich. They are huge and tasty.
