"We called at 2.30 a.m. and unfortunately no one answered to take the reservation, so the booking ended somewhere else. After the alternative option had proven to be non-so-ideal, we tried to get through the new inn and were happy enough to get a table. our evening then took a dramatic turn for the better. justin and julia were the most perfect host and so inviting. we sat at a nice, cozy table, they explained the extensive menu in detail and were attentive to our needs. we had to start the Turkish carrots (this was simply sublime, then a special of hake and the cannon (so tasty and with chips, kartoffels and much veg- everything cooked to perfection! . for dessert we had honey ice cream, which was again super tasty and a huge part! fantastic meal, beautiful environment and the perfect gassers. wish that we were longer in the opposite to try other dishes again! cannot recommend enough. thanks for a perfect evening"

"Well the coffee was great, went back again and it was still great. The cinnamon swirl was great how do you choose with so much lovely cakes on offer, Missed out on the Victorian sponge wonder if they could post me a few slices."

"I hate to write a bad review, but we have just waited nearly 90 mins for food based on a 30 min perceived wait. No apology or explanation and told that it’s down to management to respond to our feedback. However, the management did not wish to discuss our grievances. So we left deeply unhappy."
