Phoned up on Thurs 29th Sept at Noon to book Sat 1st Oct at 11am for breakfast, told that we didn't need to book by the female member of staff.. Turned up at 11am on 1st as planned and told they were too busy. Totally unhelpful, never even tried to accommodate us.
