I think the one star reviews are being a bit harsh perhaps just an off night here and there? We visited at the end of August, a family of seven, and had a classic pub dinner. Portions were decent/large, the pie I had was v.good (proper filling to pastry ratio . Drinks were from Titanic (who own it I think and were all well kept. Starters, mains and a couple of desserts plus drinks for 7 came in at something like £170... View all feedback.

Brought the family here for a birthday get together, spent just under £200 on food and 2 rounds of drinks for 6. Got to say this is the worst meal we have ever had! I have emailed them too with no reply. No one could eat their meal. The lady who served us was lovely but that's about all. Avoid at all costs View all feedback.
