Called in this evening for a takeaway, all staff looked glum and looked like they had the world on the shoulders, probably due to the young blonde short haired teenager that took our order, who was obviously running the place, I know it must be stressful because the food is good but please have some manners and he a bit courteous next time read more.

"Great hospitality from Nigel and his staff who made sure we were comfortable and happy. Lovely pint and our meals were absolutely superb. Great value, had Sunday diner, proper fresh veg perfectly cooked, meat was fantastic and again cooked to perfection. Also the proper pie was wonderful and great portions.
