I just visited Ginger's Deli on High Mountain Rd., and like a trip down memory Lane, it was the same taste of Makkaroni salad that made Chris so many years, and the egg salad as John or Bernie served it on Whole Wheat or an emperor roll. I am a life-long resident of North Haledon, now senior Citizen, and can say with great pride that ginger was a large part of the tissue of this city for many, many years after the op...
