I have been refused a refund on an order where I received the wrong itemsThe restaurant staff have hung up on me numerous times and refused to give me any Supervisor. Sam's Place is absolutely wonderful! The food is superb! Sam the owner is so personable! A super relaxed and welcoming atmosphere! Nancy, Tracey, Rick and everyone there are super! You will feel at home! Enjoy the great and tasty food!Food: 5/5

Wish the food was as good as the service. The place is charming, menu is extensive, and our server couldn't have been warmer or more welcoming, but the food was uniformly flavorless. We ordered one of the crepes and the eggs and corned beef hash plate. Sorry, we won't be back.Food: 2/5
