I took a six week class that was hosted at the Best Western Plus, so naturally The Hook and Ladder become my go-to lunch place during the class. Their menu is standard American and is overall decent. My usual order became their chicken quesadilla, which is one of the hardier quesadillas I've ever had. The food wasn't great but customer service was excellent. I got order to go so can't rate atmosphere. There should be a n/a option on these reviews.
