What User doesn't like about The Pancake Factory:
I thought pancake factory must have great pancakes. The so called potatoes were fried so much there was only grease left to taste. Sausage was Luke warm at best, French toast soggy on the middle. Pancakes were small which I like but they were just OK. Had to ask for coffee refill even though there were only about 4 people in our section. the service is always pleasant in the pancake factory! all here work very nice! I've been here for years.
I love this place. I recommend to everyone to make sure they bring cash. my family enjoys coming here for Sunday brunch.
