I came in last week and placed my order on the app for dine in. I accidentally pressed the wrong sandwich on the app in my pick 2, but the staff was quick to help me and told me not to worry. They prepared my food correctly after I made a mistake without a second thought. Made the rest of day better! Went back 3 times since my wonderful experience. What Joshua Baker doesn't like about Panera Bread:
My wife ordered a Tuna salad sandwich and they put Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich on the receipt instead. There were several tables that weren't clean that had half eaten apples and used napkins on them. The floor near the drink machines were sticky yet had caution wet floor signs setup. Just wait forever for your order. Too many employees that don't seem to care.
