My husband, mum I had takeaway haddock chips, the outside of the cafe should have warned us. They were, without doubt the worst fish chips we have ever eaten. The batter was greasy hard, the chips were like eating cardboard that had been soaked in water, left out overnight, then heated in the microwave. How hard is it to cook chips? read more.

"I honestly thought this place was quite expensive and I popped in after I couldn't get what I wanted at cooplands. Wow such choice and amazing value. I chose the coronation chicken baguette and I couldn't wait to get home to eat it, in fact I was drooling before I sat down. Thoroughly enjoyed it to the last bite. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu. Very friendly and polite staff too this will definitely be my go to location from now on."
