"Sunday 26. March 2023 I decided to stop from Caleb Broad in Newport, RI. I didn't really plan to go here, it was more of one at the moment I decided to try it. It was basically perfect weather full of people. People sit both inside and outside. The seat outside at the bar was pretty packed when I got in. Try early if you want a seat at the bar or outside seats. Interior seats were not a problem because some tables were still open. I sat on a high table for the 1st overall environment of the place I would say is a bit loud, but clean with many seats. A good casual place to enjoy a drink and a lunch. I ordered a caleb berry, regular pommes and a chocolate chip cookie phone (essentially a pizookie for lunch. Totally came to $27 apartment. Caleb Burger: Super juicy tasteful, buns soft and slightly crispy. 2 things but... 1. I asked for the Caleb Burger with only meat and cheese. I receive a burger with meat and what looks like a protein on top with a hair in it. So I take it off and eat the burger with only meat and rolls. 2. The fries that accompanied the burger were good, but could be made differently or use another method as they come out with a better result. For Dessert, I ordered the chocolate chip cookie cell phone with canned bacon and a vanilla ice bucket above. Tested really good, but crumbs/cases apart a bit too light and the ice melted faster than expected as I ate it. Next time, I'll probably order a Pizookie somewhere else. Other to mention/ close:-The menu is online only via a QR code-Limited seat outside the bar so come I swore about two hours later, it was still pretty busy, so I guess this place has really good business. -Overall, not my worst food experience can give this place another shot in the near future. Service was pretty fast. The skill lasted a little longer than the burger, but not a big deal, I'm not in the rush. Zoey my server was pretty nice gave me a water pitcher in the form of a bottle if I wanted more water. -Soda menu was very limited with coke, Diet Coke, or ginger ale, but quite a few options for mock tails and alcoholic beverages."
