Pork knuckle was absolutely delicious Would’ve liked to have a half but still good value for money and leftovers were just as good the next day. Small comment is that I would’ve liked more gravy some apple sauce for me alone was juuust enough, if I was sharing (or finishing it) would need bigger sides.
