pretty decent local Chinese takeaway, can be very busy, so order in a lot of time. from here I always had a good feed. people work hard and always too busy. the personal is also very nice. whenever we called a delivery driver, were really nice. but again, the delivery can take a while, and I know that they have at least 3 passengers when they are busy. would be recommending definately. the satay sauce is amazing! What biffypops doesn't like about New Open Kitchen:
I called the restaurant at 6:45 PM to place a takeout order and was informed that it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. We picked up our food at 7:30 PM, but when we got home just 2 minutes later, the food was frozen solid. We had to microwave everything to be able to eat it. Do not definitiw the worst food I had in airdrie from chinese. still one that serves soultang. the food was cooked properly and tastes as it should

Good food and good price. I would recommend this place.
Fast delivery, high quality food, inexpensive, good portions and a fair delivery fee. her justeat app is well organized and easy to use. I have tried most Chinese ripper in the airdrie area, and I would say new open kitchen is one of the best value for money.
Waited 2 hr 30 mins for an order tonight, soup tasteless about 4 bits of chicken and frozen, noodles freezing to, wevuse this takeaway alot but tonight will be the last.
