What User likes about Victory's Cafe:
The service is great. But.....we ordered the chicken wings and a sampler platter while sitting at the bar and the wings were a little raw and the mozzarella sticks were cold in the center. That is no bueno anywhere. View all feedback.

Servers were very friendly. My complaint is the food. It came out fast but that's because it was so cold and dry. I'm usually happy after eating out but this time I was just sad. Would not recommend View all feedback.
